Patient Input 2 mid April 2013 (Over phone by the social worker Mr Kar):

Cough has subsided but has presently developed Pain abdomen for a few days. There was a note of panic as the pain seemed to be worsening over the next few days.

Output 2: Asked to contact local physician for proper evaluation of the abdomen and a proper history. A phone call from the local physician was also received by ArogyaUDHC physician currently looking after Mathabhanga and it was clarified that this pain abdomen had been preceded by diarrhoea. A diagnosis of post infectious IBS was made jointly by the local physician and ArogyaUDHC physician over telephone and the patient improved on counseling and mild use of antispasmodics.
