Thanks for the update on your patient and it is good to know that she is doing well on the current medications which she must continue.

She can be taken up for cataract operation preferably under local anesthesia if possible/feasible with your local ophthalmologist. She can be evaluated at our center if necessary to assess her current fitness for the operation.

regards,

ArogyaUDHC Team with Dr Rakesh Biswas

Thanks for your patient inputs recorded here:http://care.udhc.co.in/INPUT/displayIssueGraphically.jsp?topic_id=214

Please let us know the BP recordings from morning to night for your patient. Also let us know what BP medications she is currently on (we do not have her entire record on our website yet). It is possible that the BP medications are losing effect by night. We may have to adjust the medications accordingly.

Hope to remain updated about her regularly in this manner.

best regards,

Rakesh Biswas and the ArogyaUDHC team
