The current focus of all caregivers around this patient is in procuring the enzyme replacement for him but... the evidence for enzyme replacement
therapy in Hunter's is currently not very robust:http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3249184/,

Logically the enzyme should work but currently we are not sure if it is better than placebo.
