History of Illness-mujhe 6 monthe se BP ki problum hai.or abhi 27 october ko mene night me tention le li to mera BP bad gaya .fir mujhe raat me 2 baar vomitting hui.or fir ghabrahat hone lagi.or paseena bhi bahut aa raha the.fir me morning me people's hospital me check karaya to mujhe addmitt kar liya gaya. meri aawaz bhi nahi nikal rahi thi.

6 monthe se mujhe thyride ki bhi problum hai.mere hanth pero me swellling rehti hai.or chahe thyride ki tablate lo chahe na lo to bhi body me body me swelling rehti hai.or apne aap se swelling kam bhi ho jati hai.or ek par me dard bhi hota hai.
