History of Illness- 5-6 month se mujhe stomuch pain hi raha hai,ek side or abhi abhi mujhe pet ke dusre side me bhi dard hone laga hai.thoda thoda,jab me khana khata hu to uske baad me bahut tez dard hota hai 4-5 minut ke liye or fir all time thoda thoda dard hota hai.
2011 me mujhe pero me right hand side par me mujhe niche side per me swelling aa gai thi sunddlly .1saal tak mene kanhi par bhi checup nahi karaya . fir 2012 me mene ayurved docter ko dikhaya to unohene mujhe malish karne kaha to mene malish ki par koi aaram nahi.fir mene local hospital me ne checkup karaya to ,docter ne medicine di to mujhe aaram mila or sujan pehle bahut kam ho gai.docter ne kaha ki ab aap medicine chod sakte hai.koi problum nahi fir 6-7 din baad mujhe mere per me sujan pehle jaha thi waha ki to teek ho gai lekin uske niche or aa gai.
2012 ki garmiyo se mujhe toilet me jalan hoti hai.or toilet ka colour bh yellow nikalta hai.mene local docter dikhane par medicine di to teek ho gaya uske baad 1 monthe teek raha fir tablate band karne ka baad fir se mujhe jalan hone lagi.yesa abhi tak ho raha hai.or abhi bhi mujhe toilet me jalan or yellow toilet aa rahi hai.
2009 se mere joint pain ho raha hai.me bulldogger chalata hu or me continue 7 -8 gante chalata hu.or ager me lunch ke liye or toilet ke utheta hu to mujhe joint pain hone lagta hai.or per bhi mera seedha nahi ho pata hai,thodi der me seedha ho pata hai.
2013 november me abhi mujhe fir se pet me dard hone laga ab mujhe pet me kabhi kabhi dard hone lagta hai,or 1 -2 second ke liye hota hai.medicine lene ke baad se yesa ho raha hai.
or jab me toilet jata hu to toilet jane ke baad tiolet ke raste pat bahut jalan or dard hota 2-3 gante hota hi rehta hai.or medicine lene ke baad 3-4 din teek raha uske baad.uske baad fir toilet ke raste me jalan hoti hai hai.or toilet me jalan yesi hoti hai ki baar baar jaye.

The patient also complained of DHAAT ( http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/2386873) and it was decided to test his urine also in our research lab to specifically look for spermatozoa and evaluate in the long run if this diagnostic microscopical negation of DHAAT is effective in reducing the symptomatology of DHAAT. He was also reassured about his other symptoms when most tests came normal. He was provided with symptomatic antispasmodics for his abdominal pain.
