A patient 63 year old lady who is chronic ill suffering from severe vomiting (preceded by headache) episodically
since last 15 years...
She gets these episodes every 7-8 months which last for 3-4 days and gets relief only with tablet AVOMINE (and not by
any other medication) but she feel very sleepy till 3-4 days....and during that time she does not take anything orally...
not even water...
What could be the cause of her symptoms and what can we do for her?
