History of Illness - The patient currently has generalized pain all over the abdomen which gets slightly relieved on drinking water. On 12/01/13 he was slightly feverish which then developed into high fever, for which he was admitted into a local hospital. He was then asked to get a USG abdomen and a battery of tests done, and the doctor has advised him to be operated.
