This 45M seems to have had a diagnosis of NHL (seen by surgeon from
NBMC?) in october 2013) on inguinal lymph node FNAC. Also has a large
retroperitoneal soft tissue mass on CT that remains unexplored since
October 2012.
April 21 Update:
Patient was reviewed by Dr. Swapnendu Basu MD, DNB,
Dept. of Radiation Oncology at North Bengal Medical College,
Sushrutanagar, Darjeeling and a repeat Inguinal lymph-node biopsy along
with immuno-histochemistry was sent along with advice for an
echocardiography, serum LDH and other blood tests.
Hopefully he shall receive his first chemotherapy on April 23rd, 2013 at North Bengal Medical College,
Sushrutanagar, Darjeeling.
