Operated on lower back on 25th august 2007. Gradually developed inability to walk since then along with pain in both the lower limbs.
Evaluated in Chennai Ramchandra (reports attached) and found to have hand muscle wasting along with a spastic gait, diagnosed cervical myelopathy and planned for a cervical corpectomy and reconstruction surgery for the same.
Scheduled to arrive at PCMS, Bhopal on the 29th March 2013.
