Patient Particulars -  Age - 38 years; Sex - Male; Height - 170 cm; Weight - 53kg; BP - 106/68; Pulse - 53

Chief Complaints - Eyes are Red, Pain in the teeth, Unable to eat, Bleeding from the forehead

History of Illness - Fever for 18 days in early 2012. 3 bottles of saline had to be given and had to be admitted to the hospital. Recovered fully and recently on 19th February, had a cycle accident. Severe bleeding from nose and mouth. Unable to eat due to non alignment of the jaws during chewing.There is dyspepsia, lack of sleep, slight constipation.
