Right sided headache and Eye pain for a year

Primary Physician's viewpoint:

On first reading the attached letter from this 40 year old lady i had the impression that it was a kind of migraine with periorbital pain and the most i may have to do is rule out an ocular pathology.

I was mistaken. The attached MRI report shows a large base of the skull tumor extending into other areas of the brain.

Neurosurgeon's viewpoint:

Its a challenging lesion to operate. However, surgery is the only option. Is it possible to get the images. Would be able to comment better. To your question, should be possible to operate. The limiting factor could be cavernous involvement.
