50 M with Sudden Paralysis and past High Blood Pressure

Patient name :   ABELMOSCHUS736146ESCULENTUS01

When I showed the doctor 5 years ago, High Pressure was detected. I was prescribed Amlodipine + Atenolol ( Amlodac AT) . I used to have that about 15-16 days in the month. On taking the medication, the pressure would remain low for 1-2 days.

For the past 6-7months I had Prilo AT, also according to the doctor's prescription. Also for the past 1 year, I had Zolam 25 ( Alprazolam). I had normal diet.

On 25th january, while walking I developed tremors on the left leg and had difficulty in walking. When i woke up next morning, I was unable to walk completely. I am being treated by local doctors and all my reports are attached.
