25 year old lady from Mathabhanga with difficulty in urination and walking since the last 20 years. Tends to fall and unable to hold urine at times wetting her clothes and bed. On examination here in Bhopal found to have grade 4 power in both upper and lower limbs along with hyper-reflexia and an increased jaw jerk noted by one observer.
Where is the anatomical location of the lesion, why (etiology) and what can we do for it ?
