Output 1: Current problem of cholestatic jaundice looks like Alcoholic hepatitis although in view of Cholelithiasis and a past history of acute pancreatitis with pseudocyst one would need to rule out biliary duct stones and an MRCP is advised. Also the left sided pleural effusion on CT abdomen needs to have a diagnostic tap.
