Output 1: Management of Acute STEMI with analgesia, anti thrombotics, antiplatelets, statins with monitoring in ICU. Patient recovered and was discharged in 4 days.

Output 2: Pre-discharge 2D Echo revealed normal LV function overall but significant LAD territory akinesia. Planned for follow up echos at regular 3 monthly or 6 monthly intervals to assess LV function and website status updates on symptoms and good habits like giving up smoking, better diet and exercise etc.
