The patient was provisionally diagnosed to have a stage 4 peri-ampullary tumor and advised palliation after further oncological evaluation although given the poor financial back up it was unlikely that further oncological help would be sought by the relatives.

Unlike our other patients in Mathabhanga or even Chindwara where we are able to maintain informational continuity through our community social workers we do not have any one for this person in his community to provide us follow up information.
