This 45M seems to have had a diagnosis of NHL (seen by surgeon from NBMC?) in october 2013) on inguinal lymph node FNAC. Also has a large retroperitoneal soft tissue mass on CT that remains unexplored since October 2012.

April 21 Update:

Patient was reviewed by Dr. Swapnendu Basu MD, DNB, Dept. of Radiation Oncology at North Bengal Medical College, Sushrutanagar, Darjeeling and a repeat Inguinal lymph-node biopsy along with immuno-histochemistry was sent along with advice for an echocardiography, serum LDH and other blood tests.

He has been started on chemotherapy at North Bengal Medical College,
Sushrutanagar, Darjeeling.
