Evaluated in PCMS, Bhopal in early April 2013 and found to have clinical signs of a cervical myelopathy attributable to cervical spondylosis. Was offered cervical corpectomy and reconstruction surgery for the same from BMHRC along with neuro-rehab from http://crcbhopal.nic.in/.
The patient and his relatives declined the surgery. Further follow up from our TCHE Mr Kar.
